2016 State of Alaska Summer Schedule Upgauge

Here is what I came up with. Frequencies are daily unless otherwise noted.

Sidebar on SEA-ANC...with a total of 26 daily frequencies over three airlines, that has to be some kind of record for the market.

SEA-ANC: 19x AS, 6x DL, 1x B6
PDX-ANC: 3x AS, 1x B6, 4x weekly DL (might also be a record for this market)
YVR-ANC: 1x AC
SFO-ANC: 1x UA (would like to see AS back on this route after VX is integrated)
LAX-ANC: 2x AS, 1x AA
LGB-ANC: 1x B6
SLC-ANC: 1x DL
DEN-ANC: 2x UA (another one I'd like to see AS return to)
PHX-ANC: 1x AA (this one is going seasonal after many years year-round...sad)
DFW-ANC: 1x AA
IAH-ANC: 1x UA
ORD-ANC: 2x UA, 1x AS, 4x weekly AS
MSP-ANC: 3x DL, 1x SY
ATL-ANC: 1x DL (on a 767 most of the summer)
HNL-ANC: 1x AS
GEG-ANC: 1x weekly AS
EWR-ANC: 1x weekly UA
FRA-ANC: 4x weekly DE
KEF-ANC: 2x weekly FI
PKC-ANC: 1x weekly R3

ANC-FAI: 11x AS
SEA-FAI: 4x AS, 2x DL
MSP-FAI: 1x DL
ORD-FAI: 1x UA
FRA-FAI: 1x weekly DE (routes Frankfurt-Anchorage-Fairbanks-Frankfurt)

ANC-JNU: 4x AS
SEA-JNU: 6x AS, 1x DL (Delta's loads appear quite healthy for the summer)

SEA-SIT: 1x AS, 1x DL

SEA-KTN: 5x AS, 1x DL

Nothing too exciting for equipment...mostly 737's with a few 757's mixed in and an occasional Airbii. Skywest is operating into Sitka and Ketchikan again for DL. Delta definitely has the most capacity to Alaska for anyone not named AS.

Does DE sell tickets for just the ANC-FAI segment? That would be fun

Didn't FAI have a nonstop to PDX last summer? Also, I thought they were going to have a Saturday only ANC-GEG...did that get cut already?

PDX-FAI went away last year when DL made a push into AK...it became the 4th SEA-FAI frequency.

Forgot about ANC-GEG!

U.S. prohibitions on cabotage mean, no, not even if DE wanted to.

I thought AS also had LAS-ANC and PHX-ANC. Did those go the way of the dodo this year?

What about KOA/OGG-ANC, thought those existed too.
