There was a blanket at my seat when I boarded the 7:00 am flight BOS-SEA June 3rd. I never used it but it did look nice and those that did use them seemed happy with them.

Obviously they didn’t know what they were talking about.
All trans cons have blankets except ATL and RDU.
all fights to and from Hawaii also have them.
for now the Airbus has the purple blankets Boeing the new blue ones until the purple are gone then all will be Boeing blue.

I apologized and assured her I would reduce expectations and be likely to change carriers when flying F.

Come on now. The F cabin had 8 seats. What could 8 blankets do to the budget? The chief competitors (UA and DL) have blankets, and, arguably, better coffin seats. Will this airline really stay competitive? It was my first flight on them, and I was thoroughly unimpressed with my whole flight.
This flight should have had blankets

Interesting development since AS took the stance for years that blankets were a public health threat and that's why they didn't cater them for first class.

You are welcome.
Not sure why it’s a marketing reason

Flew LAX-DCA, no blankets (though I've flown a bunch of DCA-SEA with blankets), FAs apologized profusely.

Does SEA-IAH get blankets (mid-con flights)? Or is it only for true tanscon flights?
