"Alaska also plans to open third lounge next year at C concourse, said Alaska spokeswoman Bobbie Egan."

The article said that Delta was opening a second Sky club so I am guessiing this is in addition to the roof top Club in S Terminal.

According to the people who told me about this a few weeks ago, it's going in the former AC space. Not sure where else it could go in C to be honest.
