Mass confusion at PDX this morning

I'm on AS 2026 this morning. Total confusion at the gates. Multiple gate changes, very little information over the loudspeaker, no information on the monitors or app for ~15 minutes as the later flight boarded. It seems that we now have a gate, but still incorrect information being given over monitors/app. It's a bad scene.

And your gate officially changed only once.

I guess that's my point. While it may have only changed in the computer once, there were conflicting announcements, lack of announcements, and general confusion. The correct way to handle delays is with good information sharing, and AS fell short of the mark today. I hope it's not a pattern.

And, I would prefer chocolate chip, to answer your question.

It looks like your gate changed from A5 to A7 and departed 45 min late.

Well, speaking of confusing situations, I was at the gate to PHL on Sunday. The agent(wasn't very friendly) made repeated announcements, while standing right under the monitor that says "Philadelphia" that "we are now boarding flight 32 nonstop service to Minneapolis".
Imagine how confusing that was for the passengers. A lady went up to ask whether of not the flight was going to philadelphia, the agent said Minneapolis, and repeated the same announcement again.

When I saw Mass confusion, I figured that PDX put a chapel in somewhere, and people were expecting a Catholic service, when it was actually an Eastern Orthodox service.

This was at SEA, correct? So where did the plane end up...MSP or PHL?
