Agent didn't put the money into My Wallet
 

I had a fare drop, asked for the money in My Wallet.

Instead I got an e-mail about a "gift certificate" with code numbers and pin numbers!

Can I just have them put into My Wallet or am I stuck doing this a new way?

Edit: In case you're wondering why I called instead of doing it myself, it was a fare drop on a GGU res, told me I had to call.

I now have 4 individual codes/pins - can I use them all together on one new reservation?

You can just dump them all into "My Wallet" and use them all one one reservation.

How do I do that?

Never mind, figured it out!

Ok, panic attack over :D. I can see where she might have thought she was doing me a favor. After reading all the T&C's, the gift cards are transferable to someone else, my wallet is not, so they actually have more flexibility.

But still, when you ask someone what they want, and they say "My Wallet", please just do it.

Almost $600 (of my own money, but still :rolleyes:) to spend on Cyber Monday!
