What's typical compensation for VDB these days?

My flight tomorrow from the SF Bay area to SEA has shown every seat full online for more than a week - this looks somewhat "more full" than usual IME. I know the AS load management software is pretty good, but I'm wondering if there might be VDB bump opportunities on my flight.

It's been a while since I took a bump from an AS flight. What do they currently offer for a bump typically? I might be persuaded, but it depends on the offer. :roll eyes:

Thanks.

Wirelessly posted (beckoa's BB: Mozilla/5.0 (BlackBerry; U; BlackBerry 9810; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.11+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/7.1.0.694 Mobile Safari/534.11+)

IIRC either a $200 or $400 credit with AS for future travel depending on the route.

What are you flying?

A couple of months ago, my fiancee got a $300 voucher on an oversold SEA-LGB flight (CR7). They put her on a SEA-SNA flight (73G) getting in just a few minutes later and much more convenient for me to pick her up...

And for good measure, there was a problem with the bags so she scored a Bag Delivery Guarantee voucher

QX use to overbook A LOT....especially in SEA....they use to offer a "bonus travel ticket" instead of the $$ off voucher....back in the day, I'd walk by the QX gates in SEA and a bunch of reader boards would say, "Would you like a free ticket today?"

I don't think the amounts have changed since discussed in this thread:
