Wow, now that's an impressive deal... considering the food and beverage offerings in that lounge. Your serve DL.

The transition to the CX lounge at SFO as an AS partner lounge is the subject of an existing thread:

According to Alaska's website, the lounge is now available to Board Room members with an AS boarding pass.

This is amazing! If this can happen before Sept. 20th, I'll jump the ship and get a boardroom membership. I have a CX flight out of SFO on Sept. 20th, and I suppose this can also be used on CX flights out of SFO right?

Now I only hope this can expend to CX lounges worldwide... One can dream

I wouldn't count on using the SFO CX Lounge unless you're flying AS that day out of SFO.

I suspect the answer is no, but does anyone know if a pax holds a ticket in paid F on Alaska, whether access is available?

Or is access truly only available to BR members?

AS' site says just for BR members.

They really want you to buy a membership

I'm guessing the AS has to pay CX a rather steep fee for use of the club, so they want to restrict it to people who are paid up BR members.
