Only Flying Blue members with Elite or Elite Plus status can book Air France la Première awards.

AF P is unavailable for redemption to any other FFP.

Sucks. Can you transfer into AF's program directly to redeem through Chase or Amex?

Yes I believe that AF program still requires elite status too.

Question. Since AS miles can only redeem for AF business class, is all AF business class the angle seats, or do they have any lay flat products.

From reading last night 1? 777 of AF has lie flat, but more are up for retrofit.

But you still need to also have elite status on Flying Blue which you won't if you just transfer the miles.
