Upgraded seats not showing

Upgraded seats not showing
Right at -48 we got the "no seats" message so grabbed two in F. Usually after exiting and returning to the res they are there. Several hours later we're still showing "no seats", even though I've called and been assured we got the 2 I thought I had grabbed.

Usually they show as "our" seats right away. Do I have to be concerned there was a glitch someplace?

This happened to me recently also. When I called they said the seats were there and assigned, and indeed when I checked in, they were! ^

If I had to guess, the flight is under airport control. That means A: You won't be able to change your seats. And B: The seats shown in your reservation won't necessarily match what your actual seats are.

No, that's not it. I do have the F seats I chose when we got upgraded. For whatever reason it's just not showing in the PNR.

Yeah, when it goes into airport control the PNR won't show the correct seats (if they've been changed.) I don't know if that's the case here, but it would explain it.

I have no idea. It's over 40 hours out with seats for sale in both cabins. Not the usual airport control scenario, but what do I know.

I'm just happy Missy confirmed we have our F seats.
