SMF-PSC, $69, how random.

SEA-TPA is a very good deal at $99. i'd fly that if i had time in October.

Good find on the SEA-TPA.

Can't decide if I should cancel a SEA-DTW in late Oct for SEA-TPA. Both are more than enough to get me over MVPG.

I think I'm going to add a SEA-TPA. On fence and only have minutes to decide

In fact I may even add the ANC-PDX fare at $148. That is good for October!

I decided to stay with DTW since it's a shorter flight. Although I wonder if my upgrade chances would be better on the TPA..

Also can use EC6208 if traveling in the first part of October for a few more dollars off...I booked myself a weekend trip down to the bay area.

Right here:

I checked because it was 11AM - 1PM last Wednesday as well as the Wednesday before that. Figured that was an indicator that there may be a pattern to this madness

In for an SJC - PDX day trip (+ EC6208) -- it's so cheap that two day trips is cheaper than one weekend trip when you include the cost of hotel! Oh, and going back PDX - SEA - SJC for the extra miles

I snapped up a quick r/t to Tampa. At $198.20 all in, it's reminiscent of fares from ten years ago. Thanks, Alaska! ^^

That seriously is getting close to MR territory, I miss <$200 transcons on any airline.

Does @AlaskaAir use a particular #hashtag that we can use to scan/notify ourselves?

No hashtag that I can find, but from parsing through a few past Fast Dash tweets it looks like if you set up some sort of alerts for "1PM PST" and/or "1PM" you'll catch most of them?

Note that today's wasn't on social media as far as I could tell, though -- understandable given what's going on in SJD. I found it by assuming (correctly in this case) that it would happen on Wednesday from 11AM-1PM, since it's been that way for a few weeks now.

(missydarlin et al., please don't change this next time just to mess with us! )

Thumbs up THX

This is great. Thanks for setting up a flash sale thread.
I'm gonna have these posts notified instantly, rather than the weekly I get on other FT thread that I post on.^

a few good ones this week

SMF-BOI $59 meh
More interesting SMF-SEA-BOI $66 ^

i'm comfortably past MVPG as currently booked so no need for me.

SEA-IAH $77 not bad
SEA-DTW $99 probably some people can claim fare guarantees on this one!
SLC-LAX $49

a few others as well but those are the standouts.

dates actually extend into early november.

I tenatively purchased two more SEA-DTW in addition to what I'd already planned...now I gotta figure out in 24 hours if I want to take a couple days off work to hit gold, or stick with my original plan.

Wasn't quick enough with the GARR's

That's $100 towards a trip...
