Sounds good! Thanks. I also called AS to make sure they had the same name as what is on my card, as I had problems with JetBlue American Express and getting it to link with my TrueBlue account because one of the accounts didn't have my middle initial (and heard about the same issue with AS). I'll hang tight and wait for my packet to come in the mail, along with my miles and companion ticket!

I applied for and received this card about 2 weeks ago and got the 25K bonus (before I knew there was a 40K promo, even though it is supposedly expired). Curious if anyone has had success asking for the 40K promo after being approved with the 25K promo? If so, did you call or email? I am in Northern California if that makes any difference. Thanks.

I called the 800 number and applied for the 40k offer over the phone. No instant decision and I hope to never phone in an application again. Hopefully I'll get the card shortly.

After being approved on 11/1 I received a letter informing me that I had been denied. How weird, so I called and they did a review on my account, didn't like my debt profile and retroactively denied me. Since then they have now re-approved me. Ha!

Looks like the 40K offer has expired. Is there any new link?
