full Y-fare refunds?
Does anyone know how easy is to get a refund with a Full Y-Ticket?
If I check-in but don't show up, am I going to get a refund?
Or do I have to cancel the check-in ?

As long as you don't fly any segment on the ticket, you can get a full refund of a full-Y ticket. It doesn't matter whether you check in or not.
As a courtesy to others, I recommend cancelling the ticket as soon as you know you won't be flying. This will free up your seat, reduce hassle and angst at the gate, and perhaps even allow someone's upgrade to clear earlier.
