Rude Alaska Airlines Pilots

Oh man, I was hoping this was a rude pilots on the intercom thread.
"Laddies and gentleman, I am sorry we are late, but come on... we should have never let women in the workplace.." which was suddenly was met by the loudest collective boo ive ever heard on a plane. The pilot continued to rant and one of the flight attendants (a woman) keyed up the mic to overpower him with some random announcements. (which you could only guess were just to keep anyone from hearing him).
I think this was a United flight. Therefore, all united pilots must be rude.
