Delayed guaranteed airfare credit?
 
Has anyone else experienced a delay getting this deposited in My Wallet? It has been 4 days now for one of my itineraries. I know it says it can take up to 7 days, but usually it is immediate for me.

I'm wondering if I messed up because this itinerary was booked through spouse's FF account (he had companion ticket to use) and I asked to have credit put in MY "wallet" as I'd have more opportunity to use funds.

I've heard of some delays with occasional deposits. I would not be concerned yet.

Mine typically go through instantly, but occasionally it takes a few days. Who knows why?

Still nothing. I wonder if I should call Customer Care or Reservations?

At this point, yes, I would probably call Customer Care.
