I didn't see Whiskey Rolls on the menu

Perhaps the title of this thread should be changed to "Cosmopolitan & Glacerita have been evicted"

I just found out last week that these were discontinued. I actually liked the Glacerita (my favorite AS drink since Jones Cream Soda). The FA I asked last week said I was only the second passenger to ever request one of these from her.

The Cosmo is slighty less of a loss considering you can still make an approximate version mixing cranberry juice, vodka, and lime.

I didn't like the Glacerita, but I miss the Jones Cream ... with vodka ... with a splash of OJ.

Ask the FA to pour it for you. Legal.

I actually liked the cosmo...though, I admit, it would have probably been much cooler if the cabin was lit with black lights instead

Just two quick words in praise of Delta (no, NOT "upgrade system"!):

Woodford

Reserve

There also does not remain a single sweet non-dairy after-dinner drink. I hope the November wine selections are improved. Otherwise, it will be "Chardonnay and Tums, a winning combination" halfway over the Pacific.

On my most recent flight, the FA was encouraging folks to drink up the red with: "They plant a tree for every bottle sold!"

I actually slightly prefer Maker's Mark, served in the DL SCs, above WR, but both are miles better than anything served on AS. (Wait, AS doesn't serve bourbon. )

Unfortunately, without reciprocal upgrades, I have not been able to take advantage of this area of DL's superiority...

(And no, I'm NOT willing to spend $6 for a mini to have it in Y.)

One thing I love about Woodford is that the mini comes in glass, not plastic... I have one here with me at home

BTW, thanks Jackal for moving my post to a more appropriate thread.

Anyhow, after discovering that they do not serve both drinks anymore, I stuck with Crown Royal.

I'd just wish they go back to the Jone's soda
