Reservations Run Time Error

I tried to book AS flights several times this morning and got a Run Time error each time. I haven't booked AS in a couple months so I don't know whether this is a new problem. I'll try again later but would appreciate any info about whether this is a known problem and whether others are experiencing the same thing.

Thanks!

I get that occasionally, but I have always been able to just start over right away with no further problems.

AS' website might be getting a heavy load due to the Ash situation in ANC... and everyone checking their flight schedule every 5 minutes... could be slowing down the servers...

clear your cache.. that sometimes helps too

I get run time errors all the time. I just hit refresh button and everything goes back to normal

I tried again this morning and it's working. I was using the Low Fare Calendar yesterday so maybe that slowed it down. Thanks everyone.

Edited to add: I just got the Run Time error again using the Low Fare Calendar. For whatever that's worth...

I got some strange "Service Unavailable" message this morning (early--4 or 5am, I think) immediately after inputting the dates/destination and clicking "Go" this morning. Wonder if it's related.

I can't even log in to check to see when my flight leaves today... but ive heard that today they were "accommodating standbys" and extra staff is in the lobby area hoarding people. I also noticed the 1-800 phone call ive been ignoring is alaska airlines (whoops)... hope i didnt lose my seat/etc.

The 800 number calling every half hour (alaska airlines) wanted to inform me that one of my flights (it didnt really say which) are in first class. It also played a little happy chime sound and told me congratulations. Never gotten that one before.

I booked a flight this morning, but between 10 and 11 am I was unable to log on to the Alaska site--the message said try again later!!!
