Vacation package for unknown??
 

My company has tasked me with booking an Alaska Airlines vacation package for a lucky employee to be announced (the winner will be determined randomly later this week at a corporate event).

I don't know if this is possible...missy, anyone know if this is a possibility and can it be arranged through Alaska Airlines Vacations for 2 air tickets and hotel for 3 nights to Las Vegas (from SEA) can be booked without names and then the names and dates to be determined later somehow?

Why not wait until you have the names? You need those & the travel dates to start the process.

What you might do is call AS and determine what the "Value" of that would be, and then tell the winner that $XX will be paid toward the pkg of their choosing. That way if they want to splurge on a better hotel or something, there is more flexibility and then they can call and book dates at their leisure.

Missy, that's exactly what a former boss of mine did for a Christmas bonus... it worked beautifully and we were able to upgrade and make changes (which of course we paid the difference).
