Anyone getting this error message? Can't book a ticket.

Looks OK here (AS app), but this doesn’t surprise me. I have a friend who is still unable to access his account (if you’ve been following that thread).

I would normally recommend reporting it to AS CC but they are closed today; you could attempt to call AS Res and see if they can escalate.

This happened to me intermittently yesterday too.

The sad part, I’ve become used to it. App works.

Getting this error now. Went into full panic mode. Used 3 different accounts on different PCs and multiple browsers. Glad someone posted this.

I am getting it, too. Fortunately it’s not important for me as I don’t need to do anything on the site.

But I’d expect better error reporting from a commercial website.

If you don't need to use wallet funds or anything like that, I was able to get my flights booked by doing the "booking with Alaska" via the Google Flights interface.

I was able to get to the home page after several attempts at refreshing the page and a message is right at the top stating that they are aware of technical issues going on with the website. I was able to book my flights using my Wallet funds after a few tries.

Had the same issue this afternoon around 5pm PST. Was trying to generate a boardingpass at the gate but was unable to do so in the app or website. Gate agent also unable to generate a boarding pass for me as well. Luckily they let me board just by showing ID and said they would resolve it.
