I went through my browser history and found the link that opens the account overview WITH AS segments for 2021.
To use it, log into your account then go to this page: https://www.alaskaair.com/account/ov...%3aMileagePlan

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to and then directed to your stats.

How did you find that page and why isn’t AS using that in the MO account page?!

Matches my spreadsheet (of course… not that hard to count to ten).

I think AS is preparing new pages for Mileage Plan. I had just opened the regular default page and clicked on some link and ended up with that view. That was at the end of last month.
Someone at AS IT must have put the link for testing and I was just lucky to see it at the right time. That link/page disappeared very quickly and I could not reopen it again.
However, as I've stated in the original post, I found it in my history. Glad it is still there! :)

Do rewards flights count for this requirement or not

They do not.

I know the website is still just outdated, but it's a little mystifying that they didn't include an explicit "X of your segments were on Alaska metal" indicator when they updated the app. Yes in general I can figure it out for myself but it's still important information that should be there. Plus this year I was a little uncertain over what exactly was counting because I triggered the 2 AA/2 AS 2k miles promo with only one AS segment and I think it's related to how when anteater helped with the 1.5x vs 1.75x COS bonus snafu that my mileage activity wound up showing +2/-1 Alaska segments.

Yes, AS could definitely make it easier to see the AS metal qualifying segment progress and they are working on it. In the meantime, you can text AS 82008 and inquire about your current AS metal segment count for 2021.

actually they had that functionality in the first update of the app. then they decided it to remove it for some unknown reason.
