I tried to get a refund via chat and was refused. I then called and was able to get it. The phone agent at first said I was not charged a partner booking fee, but that I paid for bags. I mentioned that I get free bags on AA so there is no way I paid for bags plus AS does not even offer charge bag fees for partners. Then he researched again and agreed to refund everything.
