No renewal grace for those at the deadline door even if the flight never takes off.

The "act of God" exemption is inoperative.

If you didn't give up on the trip and are still booked with changes I would think some compassion might be given.

ATL is still a mess.. and IMO it's more to be blamed on lack of City/County/State to be proactive when the storm was predicted by everyone.
