AirTran passenger removed from flight

Kudos to FL cabin crew and gate agent for the professional and low-key manner in which they removed an extremely intoxicated female passenger from a MKE-bound flight yesterday.

Instead of the BC-seated pax being served the pre-departure vodka she requested, she received a visit from the gate agent, who escorted her off the flight in a very non-confrontational manner.

I must admit, however, that she did provide some unique onboard entertainment, prior to her exit from the aircraft.

Good to know they were on top of it.

Several years ago I when was returning home from New York, at the Newark airport I noticed an extremely loud drunk man in one of the bars. I commented to my wife about the poor passengers on his flight. Sure enough he was on our flight - seated directly across the aisle from me. The plane actually returned to the gate to have him removed.
