Can I upgrade online 24 hours prior to departure from MEX?

Reservations says it isn't possible due to no online check in for international destinations.

If so, will they do it at the counter in MEX?

Someone who has flown Airtran from MEX also told me that they only accept cash payment in pesos but reservations said credit cards are okay too.

Anyone have experience with this?

If booked on Airtran a call at T-24 could make it happen.

Depending on your cell provider that might be expensive with international roaming rates.

Upgrades at the ticket counter would also be available *if* you booked on Airtran.

Credit cards are supposed to work now...
