New 32 credit Visa offer as of 2/27/13, may end soon

I expect it to remain active from 1 to 6 weeks. Don't delay if you missed it the last time.
Southwest revived its slightly more lucrative non-targeted 50k signup bonus as a "Limited Time Offer" today. (50k points can be transferred into 41 credits.) That's what made me look for the corresponding AirTran offer:
