Are there other ways than travel to redeem A+ rewards
What other ways can A+ rewards be redeemed other than air travel? Can they be redeemed for car rentals? Or for merchandise? Or magazines?

The 24 hour upgrade to BC if available for 4 credits can often (on long flights) be more bang for the credit than saving them for free flights.
