Update Priority Pass Payment Card

I've just opened the Priority Pass App (member through Amex UK) & it's asking me to update my payment card details (my Amex Card expired several months ago). When I attempt to input the details of the replacement card it doesn't save them & defaults back to my old card details. I also note that my delivery address is showing as my old address & it won't even allow me to attempt to edit that. Anyone else encountered this?

I've had this issue on the app for years. I've contacted PP and they say there's no issue on their end and the membership is valid. I just X out the message and use the digital card.

Unlikely as it is (I'm probably going to switch to the BA Amex Premium Plus next time they have the enhanced welcome bonus & downgrade the Amex Gold to the regular Amex Rewards card), how would they bill you though if you used up the free passes?

For the last year and more, every time I open the PP app on my phone, I get a pop-up error message about my "expired card", which is not true. I just ignore the message and carry on.

If you close the sponsoring credit card account, Colinison will either close the Priority Pass account or invite you to convert it to a pay-per-visit account. (The expiration date embossed on the cards is not relevant.)

From contacting both PP and Chase about this (on an account linked to a Chase card), my understanding is that the PP account actually remains linked to a valid card despite the popup message.

Same thing happening to me. I actually have PP via both Chase Sapphire Reserve and also Amex Platinum. I guess I have a Priority Priority Pass

Even so, I cannot find anywhere, either mobile app or website where I can actually add my Credit Card

In the priority pass app on ios, I can seem to edit my billing details.

It's nested in "Account -> View Account and Billing Details -> Billing details", with an edit button.

I have priority pass through an amex plat for what that's worth.
