MLE landside lounge
 

Male Airport International Terminal has a landside lounge (Wellness lounge by Plaza Network), which is located outside airport building. Is it possible to first check in and drop off bags at a counter inside departures and then go back out of the airport to access the lounge?

To answer my own question, once in departures area where the check-in desks are located (there is a security check before entering), there is no going back. The Wellness lounge is 20 meters from Departures entrance and most of the time it would be fine to go to Departures area just 1 hour before the flight. Every flight has separate check-in desks.

Airport is pretty small (only 6 gates) and going through security/passport is fast.
