Priority Pass Lounge Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SXF) – Green Wings Lounge

We flew RyanAir SXF-SOF so got a chance to check out the Priority Pass Lounge at SXF.

The Priority Pass lounge at Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SXF) is the Green Wings Lounge.

It is a fairly small lounge with limited food offerings but plenty of beverages including alcohol.

Chicken sausages are the most hearty dish there.

But there is also cereal, nuts, pretzels, breads, fruit and cookies/cake on offer.

Sodas, juices, beer, wine and booze are self-serve.

The view of the tarmac from the lounge is terrific.

Schönefeld is a cramped and uncomfortable airport sharing more in common with an inner-city bus terminal than an airport.

So, despite its shortcomings, the Priority Pass lounge at Berlin Schönefeld Airport is a godsend.

Disclosure Statement: That link is to a blog article that I wrote about the Priority Pass lounge at Schönefeld Airport. This post is the tl;dr version of that blog post but stands on its own in terms of information provided. I make a little bit of money from my blog when people click on Amazon links and buy stuff.

I agree with kokonutz that the Green Wings lounge makes flying though SXF bearable. Overcrowding there will not be resolved until it is replaced by Berlin Airports' new BER (Brandenburg Aiport) maybe in 2020
