10 hour overnight layover in AUH

Hi,
I have a 10 hour overnight layover in Abu Dhabi airport on my flight from India to Washington DC.
My flight from India arrives at Terminal 1 and I fly out of Terminal 3 for my US flight.
I have priority pass and was hoping to use the lounges in Terminal 3.
Will I be allowed to enter Terminal 3 after my flight lands at Terminal 1?
Is there a place I could sleep without leaving the airport?

Thanks!

Thanks I did see that. But I did not find information on security between terminal 1 and terminal 3. All the lounges are located in Terminal 1.

In order to ensure the highest levels of passenger security, each terminal has a security check area at each point of entry, so you will need to go through security again if you have moved between terminals.

Yes what is not clear is whether the security will allow you to enter the next Terminal if your flight is more than 4 hours away. That is what I am trying to determine.
