LHR T3 One world lounges

LHR T3 One world lounges
I have access to all the one world lounges in T3 and wondering which lounge has the best showers in peoples experience? Have a long layover here next week & plan on visiting them all. I think Qantas & Cathay Pacific are the most modern.

Hi,
There is a good thread on the BA forum on this but I did like the Cathay Pacific showers.
Have not tried the Qantas showers and the BA showers are probably like the T5 showers
