Dubai lounge access- New user questions

I am a new member. Have some questions and would be grateful for any answers from members who have been here before.

I am travelling from Hyderabad to Newcastle with a wait for 7.30 hours at Dubai in January 2019. I have 2 children aged 6 and 12 with me. My flight lands at dubai at midnight and flight out is at 0725. Both arrival and departure is from terminal 3.
I have barclays dragonpass access which provides 6 passes per year. I am travelling by economy class.
1. Can I use my Barclays dragonpass to access the first class/bussiness lounge on terminal 1 or will Barclays card only allow access to terminal 3 lounges?. If so, will the access be easy at 0100 hours ?

2. Is it better to access the terminal 3 lounges instead of terminal 1 lounges? how far is terminal 1 from terminal 3. If I am using the Terminal 3 lounges, which lounge is the best to go for- A,B or C?( I donot drink. Just looking for quiet place for children to rest and food when they wake up in the morning)

3. Is it ok to use these lounges for 4-5 hours with children or are there any better options?

Thank you for your time and answers.

Anyone shed light on the above.

I've only been to a couple of lounges in DXB T1 so I'm not really familiar with the layout or lounges in T3. According to the LoungeBuddy app (something I recommend you getting), The Marhaba Lounge in T3 Concourse A is open 24 hours and has a children's area. All the other lounges in T3 that I think you have access to are also 24 hours but don't have a children's area. Again I'm just going off of the LoungeBuddy app and I or it could be wrong.

I wouldn't think it's worth the trouble exiting and re-entering security to change terminals as the lounges in T1 are pretty similar to T3.

You won't be able to get to T1 with an Emirates boarding pass.

In T3, there are 3 Concourses - A, B & C. Each has a Marhaba lounge that can be accessed via Priority Pass and I assume Dragonpass. There is a 4 hour limit per visit, and it will be very busy at the time you are there.

From the DragonPass site you also have access to: The Ahlan lounge (Terminal 3 Concourse B) which has a 4 hour limit and is 24 hours.

That additional hour may help make things better for travel with little ones during that time of night. I have no actual knowledge of the lounge though. Reading some reviews and confirming info is a good idea.

Unsure if DragonPass's system or the lounges themselves would allow 2 visits (different or same lounge) in one generally small amount of time or if you'd want to use all the visits for 1 layover.
