Friend has 3.5 hr in ATL -- lounge options?

He does not have PP but he is flying Delta tomorrow in F. He wants to get some work done during his 3.5 hour layover. I told him that to the best of my knowledge his only two options are:

1. Club @ ATL for $40 in F (he's flying out of T)
2. Skyclub (any of them, but B is the nicest) for $59 - as I read it, they are still allowing day passes technically, but are often at capacity.
3. Minute suites but he poo-pooh'ed that one immediately.
4. Does UA still allow club access with a guest pass (off an auction site) or day pass if not flying UA? Their lounge is in T which would be convenient to him.
Edit: Apparently it does, but many of the day passes online have "Chase" brands. Do they actually check he has the credit card?

Anything I missed?

If he has any of the Delta Amex cards he can buy a discounted day pass for $29.

You can still use United Club passes when flying other airlines, that changes next year. https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unit...a-partner.html If he wants to actually get work done the United Club is probably the best. It's usually rather quiet especially compared to the Delta lounges.

New rules for Delta Sky Club starting 1/1/2019, no day passes and only those with a Delta flight allowed entry.....and they say only the Delta Amex Reserve card is good for entry.

Delta stopped Single Visit Passes in mid-November, 2018.

In addition to the Reserve Card, American Express Centurion and Platinum charge cards will still be accepted for entry, provided the cardholder is flying on Delta.

As far as I knew Delta stopped selling day passes way before 2018 and went to one visit passes. However they will still honor any no-expired passes as long as you are flying on Delta
