Priority Pass restaurant credit anytime on travel day?
 

Do all PP restaurants allow the credit to be claimed anytime on the departure or arrival day? Or do some of them restrict it to within, say, 3 hours of flight time?

I've also heard that a second credit may be claimed 2+ hours after the first credit. Is that also standard practice among participating restaurants?
