Is it possible to register a priority pass under a different name?

I have two credit cards that provides priority pass. I am wondering is it possible to register one card for my wife?

TIA

You would have to ask the CC company, or possibly even Priority Pass themselves. I suspect not, because I know Amex & Chase charge for supplemental cardholders which includes (among other things) a Priority Pass membership.

When a Priority Pass membership is provided by a credit card, it is automatically registered in the name of the cardholder.

The Priority Pass card is non-transferable and Customers may only use the Priority Pass Card upon signature by the Customer and up to and including the expiry date. The Priority Pass Card may not be used by any person other than the named Customer and only one Priority Pass Card may be used for each visit to a Lounge or Merchant location.

OP can check whether his/her credit cards provide a PP membership for authorized users or additional cards on the account. Better yet, wife should have some good credit card accounts in her own name.

I think with Amex this depends on the issuing country. My wife's companion card has no fee.

IIRC AmEx Plat card in the USA offers two types of additional cards on the account, Gold or Plat, with different fees and benefits. I think Gold is free (or can be due to promo offers) but gives few benefits while an additional Plat card is $175 for more benefits, although the $175 AF fee might be good for several cards.

I changed my credit card to be a joint credit card then asked the priority pass to issue the card in the other name
so ended up with a card each

Which bank issues your card? Based on your profile I expect it is a bank in Australia, and in other countries joint accounts may no longer be readily available.
