LAX: OW, AA Flagship or *A Lounge ?

Hi. I'm new to the whole lounge thing, so sorry if this has been answered before. Traveling from CLT to AKL via LAX (AA) and NAN (FIJI) in Biz class (award ticket). No status on AA or FIJI. What lounges in LAX can my wife and I get into, and which does everyone recommend. Our flight leaves for NAN at 11:30 PM, so we'll likely be at the terminal around 7PM.
Also, we have 3.5 hr layover in NAN, is there a lounge there we can take advantage of?

As for LAX, is the OW lounge all I'll have access to? My originating flight from CLT-LAX is on AA metal. I'm guessing the AA Flagship lounge is for status holders then.

It says "marketed and operated" by American or OneWorld. So, it seems unlikely since your flight is operated by Fiji, which is just a partner, not OneWorld. However, I don't know how this is applied, so someone may have some better insight.
