Meaning:
My wife and I go to the MSP PP lounge = We've burned 2 uses out of the 10.
I could go 10 times just by myself, or bring a guest each time 5x.
Or, I suppose, I could bring myself and 9 friends and burn all 10 visits at once (provided they would accept that at the lounge.)
I've confirmed this is how it works at a couple MSP airport restaurants and lounges over this summer, as well as at the Inchon airport lounge this past week.

The 10 visits you get are the 10 passes, guest or not.
Meaning:
