India Lounge Directory FAQ, Access Rules and Links
 
Okay guys, here is where we need help to get this guide going. For each lounge you have experience of please post something in the below format, and keep updating the wiki post above. (Thanks wonderer9089 for the original idea!)

Example template: (Again below data is just an example, and may not be accurate as of now!)

Terminal: DEL T3 Domestic
Lounge Name: Plaza Premium Lounge
Access thru: 9W J BP ; 9W Plat/Gold status on 9W flights (Konnect/Lite excluded) ; Priority Pass Card (charge may apply depending on type of PP) ; MasterCard lounge program ; Visa signature card ; JetAmex etc etc
Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet ; No showers etc etc

Not at the this point please. Can we start with the lounges used by IbA first and see how we go...

Additionally "lounges in India" are for the India forum, while "lounges used by IbA" are relevant for this forum. (Also note that the lounges used by foreign carriers would typically be covered in their own forums.)

P.S. I'm expecting detailed AI lounge facilites and access guides from you! :)

Here are the ones that I have accessed from BOM:

Terminal: BOM T1 Domestic
Lounge Name: Carnation Lounge
Access thru: JetAirways / Kingfisher / GoBusiness flights; Visa Signature Card & American Express (dedicated section)
Lounge Facilities: Hot and Cold Buffet, Bar (Chargeable), Massage-chairs


Terminal: BOM T2 International
Lounge Name: Clipper Lounge
Access thru: JetAirways / Kingfisher; MasterCard (Titanium & above only; Access Fee: INR25)
Lounge Facilities: Hot and Cold Buffet, Bar

Air India does not do lounges well. And that's when they even exist - DEL international doesn't even have one.

That said, here's the review of my home airport:

Terminal: HYD Domestic
Lounge Name: Air India Lounge
Access thru: Air India
Lounge Facilities: Food, Chairs/Sofas
Pros: Good views of tarmac, seating more comfortable than gate
Cons: Lots of disrepair - one of the couches has stuffing coming out, coffee machine usually broken.

Lounge Name: Clipper Lounge ( before security)
Access thru: 9W J BP ; 9W Plat/Gold status on 9W flights (Konnect/Lite excluded) ; Priority Pass Card; MasterCard lounge program,JetAmex.
Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet, basic range of hard drinks.

Terminal: CCU Domestic terminal ( upper floor)
Lounge Name: Clipper Lounge (after security)
Access thru: 9W J BP ; 9W Plat/Gold status on 9W flights (Konnect/Lite excluded) ; Priority Pass Card;
Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet, basic range of hard drinks.

Terminal: CCU International terminal
Lounge Name: Clipper Lounge (before security, ground floor)
Access thru: Priority Pass Card; MasterCard lounge program.
Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet, basic range of hard drinks.

Terminal: CCU International terminal
Lounge Name: Priority Lounge (before security, 1st floor)
Access thru: 9W J BP ; 9W Plat/Gold status on 9W flights (Konnect/Lite excluded).
Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet, basic range of hard drinks.

Terminal: CCU International terminal
Lounge Name: Priority Lounge (after immigration and before security)
Access thru: 9W J BP ; 9W Plat/Gold status on 9W flights (Konnect/Lite excluded).

Lounge Facilities: Hot and cold food buffet
