topbonus reward flight (op. by BA) confusion

topbonus reward flight (op. by BA) confusion
Good morning everyone,
I have the following problem: I booked a reward flight HAJ-LHR with my topbonus miles. This flight is operated by British Airways.
A few days after booking the flight, I had to change the date of the flight (I now need to travel one day later than originally planned) and called the topbonus customer service team to change the flight. I paid a change fee and was told that the original booking reference was still valid.
Now I checked the flight details on the British Airways homepage and see that there are now 2 flights filed under this booking reference (both HAJ-LHR, one on the original date and one on the day where I actually have to go).
I called BA and they told me there is nothing they can do since airberlin made the booking. However airberlin is telling me they changed the flight and there is a mistake on BA’s side.
What can I do now? I would like to clear this before getting to the airport, I don’t want to be told “well you were supposed to fly yesterday”.

Replace XXXXXX is your PNR and YYYYYY is your surname.

Thanks! Checkmytrip also showed both flights.
In the meantime, I tried messaging airberlin via Facebook and it only took them 15 minutes to reply that they would take care of it. Another 15 minutes later and everything was fixed.
I even got a Mail from BA telling me that there was a change to my booking and now the booking contains only the one flight that I actually want to take.
