No status miles for Etihad Airways Partner Air Serbia

No status miles for Etihad Airways Partner Air Serbia
I recently flew Air Serbia and since my topbonus number wasn't included on the reservation, I requested retro credit through the website. Few weeks later, my account now reflects the flights taken but only lists the activity as Award Miles and no Status Miles are awarded. Air Serbia is an Etihad Airways Partner just like Air Berlin, so I'm confused why no Status Miles have been granted. I just submitted the same question to Air Berlin through their website but was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience. I did check the topbonus pages for a few other Eithad Airways partners and it simply states award miles - only the Etihad page lists that award and status miles will be earned. That's very odd to have an alliance with benefits but not to be able to earn status miles on the partners.

Air Serbia does not earn Topbonus status miles, according to the earning table online: https://topbonus.airberlin.com/web/tb/airserbia . Only award miles can be collected. So everything seems to be all right.
