AB status expiration date
I have an AB gold card that says expires Feb 28.
I decided to let my status lapse given AB's probable exit from oneworld. Apparently only limited parts of the AB site work in the US - but when I logged in today, I saw I was still gold. Using a proxy, I was able to log into the german site to see

Did AB just automatically extend my status by a month or something? I haven't put miles into AB in a year:
