Does OW Sapphire through airberlin increase baggage allowance on Iberia Express?
Has anyone been able to use their OW Sapphire (or greater) with airberlin to get a free baggage allowance on Iberian Express? I'm OW Sapphire through topbonus gold, and according to this page, OW Sapphires get 1 free checked bag even if the reservation does not have a baggage allowance: https://www.oneworld.com/ffp/extra-baggage-allowance. Iberia Express isn't technically in OW, but their page says that AA and BA Sapphires get an additional luggage piece: https://www.iberiaexpress.com/en/gen...ge/iberia-plus. The page explicitly mentions AA and BA but not other OW airlines such as airberlin, so I'm wondering if my airberlin status will help me here. Any tips?
