Booking award space far out

How long in advance does Air Berlin open up award space? Do they do it in blocks as opposed to 330/365 days in advance? I don't see anything for Nov 2014, seems the cut off right now is Oct. When will they open up Nov?

I'm not familiar with AB's policies, but last November 23 I was able to use AA miles to book AB flights on October 6, 2014.
