I will be flying on a AB ticket to BKK. AUH-BKK with Etihad. I have Emerald Status with BA. Will I get access the Etihad Busness class lounge in AUH?

You are flying in Y, correct? Since both AB and BA have lounges at AUH you won't have to camp out in the desert. You will not be granted access to an EY lounge as a BA emerald, though, because these airlines are not partners. Check here.

I'm in the Etihad Premium Lounge at AUH right now flying Air Berlin J back to TXL. It's a very warm lounge and there are many sofa hoggers stretched out with one lady going barefoot on one sofa...or is I a bed? It is 01:25 so perhaps bare feet are permitted.
