Lounge access at LHR T5 when flying AB

Lounge access at LHR T5 when flying AB
If I fly on an AB ticketed flight from LHR T5, will BA Silver or CX Gold (both OW Sapphire) give me access to the BA Galleries lounge?

Yes, they should do without an issue (assuming you mean an AB ticketed BA/IB flight)

I meant an AB ticketed and an AB flight number but on BA metal from T5.

And can I ask a separate question; is a 45 minute connection time at STR realistic when flying LHR-STR-PMI?

No problem at all to access a Lounge in LHR and in STR.
Just show card and BP.

Connecting in STR is easy as the Airport is very small. Your problem may be a delay in LHR. If booked in one ticket you will be rebooked on the next flight.
