Children's Menus

How is children's food on AB's long-haul economy? Will be flying DUS-YVR with three kids (6,4,4), should I order children's food in advance, or better stick with regular food? I know some airlines' children's food is junk, much worse than regular. Is it the same story on AB?

Only a Small Sandwich and a small hot Eco Meal.
