Unable to register a new CC in profile

Unable to register a new CC in profile

Changed Amex cards today.
Went to register new one and got this message:
Saved cards
Below are the cards you have saved for future use with us.
You might find different Air New Zealand websites have different payment card options.
Read more on security and using saved cards.
Add a new card
Add new card functionality is temporarily disabled.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, same here.
Been like that for a couple of weeks now, just haven't had the time for sitting in a phone queue for hours to sort it out yet.

An email to the elite team might be a better use of your time, looks like they are turning around responses pretty quick ~24hrs based on a recent interaction I had

I concur, but the address is a state secret. Having logged in and searched, cannot see the email address. Could be I’m looking in the wrong place.

It's not that hard <tiername>@<domain>.

Suppose it could be tricky for the people who still call it Gold Elite instead of its actual name of Elite.

Fairly commonly posted on this forum.
