App - Wifi on aircraft

I remember on the old app it was quite easy to see if your flight was planned to have a wifi-enabled aircraft. I can't for the life of me see this on the new app. Does anyone have an idea? I asked Oscar and apparently my flight is planned to be wifi-enabled but can't see it on the app like I used to.

I think once the aircraft was confirmed, maybe within 48-24 hours the old app showed a green tinge for 'on time' and a small 'radio' icon would appear if the assigned aircraft had wifi.

I have just noticed that I am unable to use the app to email the PDF e-ticket to myself for an upcoming international flight. Also can't do from the web using either MMB or after logging into my account. Needed to call AirNZ and ask them to re-send it. No idea what has happened, as this functionality is present for domestic flights - but sure it was also available for international flights?

Just had a couple of international flights and had both the green “on time” as well as the wifi logo (think it said something like “In-flight wifi available” too) show up about 2 or 3 days out from departure.

On the old app the icon would appear about a week before and would occasionally switch on/off depending on the individual aircraft being used. Can't see it anywhere on my app but the Oscar bot has confirmed that my flight is scheduled to have wifi. Not sure what's going on there...

Can confirm it is displayed and working on the new App (Andriod), on the 'flights' view it shows just to the left of the 'on time' icon with wifi Logo and 'Wi-Fi onbard' popped up for probably 48hrs out

Also once you drill into the specific flight and scroll, underneath the 'Meals' section it displays Free Wi-Fi onboard 'learn how'

As others have mentioned it appears that the wifi logo only appears around T-48. I’m still a few days out for my flight and don’t see it. Yet, Oscar says it will be.

I had a couple of international flights a few weeks ago - on outbound I think Wi-Fi notification appeared approx 5-7 days prior to flight but on inbound didn’t appear. Was surprised when on plane informed Wi-Fi avail.

I also note the new app only provides APD/SP earning for each sector, and not for the overall trip under the one PNR. I find it odd that it states ‘potential’ earnings - aren’t these earnings locked in once ticketed? And if there is a subsequent buy-up then the new e-tix would reflect the better earnings?
