Air New Zealand website login issue
Anyone else having problems logging in to Air New Zealand. Tried .co.nz and .com, with same issues:
First it shows:

Then once the info is entered, it returns:

Then, once all that is entered, it loads the same "Please Complete the additional fields to login" error.
Tried multiple browsers...
Added: I went with the app, which worked fine.

I had this issue whilst in UK/Canada recently with web browser on iPad, but no issues with app on phone. Annoying as I wanted to lodge an RU.
The additional field seems to be completion of the capcha, but even then it didnt work.
Ssems to have resolved now back in NZ.

May be? Though these days trusted login is more than just country, switching to mobile data/teather can result in a better experience than hotel or other public Wi-Fi. As mobile often less likely to end up in abuse lists.. Need to be careful with VPNs as some things now track impossible travel and getts added to maths to decide if show you a CAPTCHA or not or prompt you for SMS auth.

Started getting the CAPTCHA bug / failed sign in loop today (UK based no VPN). Previously just had the standard CAPTCHA not showing up on page load, then having to sign in a second time. Annoying but at least could get in.
Might be something to do with ad / script tracking blockers, as it stopped when I disabled uBlock Origin on Chrome. Haven't properly tested but also had the same issue on a clean install of Firefox which has blocking out of the box.
Would be great if Air NZ could streamline auth, and perhaps move to something like hCaptcha, rather than reCaptcha.
