Seasonal CHC-SIN-CHC suddenly zeroed out in all classes

Just noticed that NZ296 CHC-SIN (and vv), which operates seasonally 5/7 over the NZ Summer, has recently zeroed out in all classes. Mrs TK and I are booked in PE at year's end (WLG-BKK via CHC and SIN).

Whilst the flights still show in ExpertFlyer, this sudden zeroing out in all classes has aroused my suspicions, as it seems unlikely that all flights in all classes would be completely sold for all of Dec/Jan. This kind of situation usually happens if there is a type change (up/down gauge) or if the route will be pulled from market - perhaps for a lack of forward bookings, or forecast unavailability of fleet/crew numbers to be able to operate.

I don't want to get moved at the last minute to a NZ code-share on SQ metal as the SP earn is lousy. I'd be happy to be moved to WLG-AKL-SIN-BKK, but unless NZ actually cancels the flight then I am pretty sure they won't entertain doing this at present.

Any thoughts or insights on what is going on?

It disappeared last month when NZ locked down their US schedules.
It was a very good performer for NZ but their focus is rebuilding their AKL hub and throwing capacity onto profitable routes like the US.

Interesting. Question for me is whether or not NZ will actually operate NZ296/295 or if booked pax will be moved. If moved, then when?

LAX-RAR is in the same situation. It's been reported multiple times that NZ won't resume it. I have a ticket booked for December that still shows up in my app, yet no word on what will happen to it.
