Phoned in for a Flexidate refund and it arrived back on my CC within a day or two. Miss the option to request it online though! Was on hold for about an hour...

Same here, my refund in overnight. Maybe the 8-10 weeks gives them the ability to provide an exception service and exceed their commitment by the funds coming through in 48 hours :-P
